The aim of this study is to examine how GHRM and organizational culture impact job performance in the Jordanian banking sector. also discusses previously mentioned elements related one another as they were incorporated into resource-based-view (RBV) theory. A thorough evaluation recent literature was included with regard quantitative results from looking at environment. result found a significant relationship between them. Also; research highlights most discoveries made on themes by outlining connections all components incorporating interrelationships single distinct model. offers textual analysis findings date focusing work performance. Previous studies verified connection these variables. value helps academic groups interested its intricacies addition filling vacuum literature.
